2. Thank you for using the eWarranty system.
Please register for your camera's warranty within 14 days from the date of original purchase. Please fill-in all the required informations. An acknowledgement ( e-receipt ) will be generated upon your registration. Please print and keep a copy of the e-receipt.
3. When service is required for your product, please produce the following documents for claims under guarantee. 
a) Customer's copy of guarantee card with the required information duly filled in.
b) E-receipt,which you have printed when registering on-line with eWarranty.
c) Original purchase receipt. 
 4.  FUJIFILM (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to reject any warranty claims without the above documents.
 5. It is important that you fill-in the original purchase date and register for your camera's warranty within 14 days from the date of original purchase, failing which the camera's warranty will expire on the warranty card's validity up to date as stated in the original warranty card that comes together with the camera.
6. This guarantee does not cover the following:
a.  Inappropriate usage or damage due to external factors.
b. Accidents. 
c. Corrosions due to any form of vapour & liquids. 
d. Parts failure due to normal wear & tear. 
e. Camera has been tampered with or repaired by any unauthorized personnel.
f. Faults arising from liquids, vapour and foreign objects seeping into the camera. 
g. Loss of image files, expenses, incoveniences, incomes, freight, insurance & damage to equipment in the mail. 
h. Any other consequential damages caused by the use of the product. 
i. Accessories such as CD-ROM, batteries, cables, connectors, etc. 
 j. Attempted servicing or cleaning by self or 3rd party.
 7. We are not liable for failure of equipment arising from connection to our products.
 8. Our guarantee is limited to the repair of your product in order to maintain its full functions, for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.
